Birding Field Trip at LaBagh Woods

Friends of the Chicago River

Friends of the Chicago River with The Chicago Ornithological Society will lead this birding field trips at LaBagh Woods, meeting in the parking lot at the Irene Hernandez entrance to LaBagh, which is on Foster Ave. just east of the Edens Expressway. Bring binoculars if you have them, but there might also be some extras on hand. Trails can get muddy here, so appropriate footwear is recommended. Any level of birder is welcome, from beginning  on up! After birding, we'll discuss your view on the future role of the river.
