• There is no type of interaction (fishing, boating) with the river within this stretch
• A number of homeless individuals occupy the riverfront area

Key Priorities/Opportunities:

• Increase safety in this stretch of the river
• Clean up efforts for this stretch of the river should take place
• Provide more access points along this stretch of the river
