Chicago Southland Dragon Boat Festival, Blue Island, 9 am to 4pm. This inaugural event is set in historic Blue Island, 15 miles from the famous Loop in Chicago! Along the Calumet-Sag Trail, this protected channel at Fay's Point, is ideal for racing! In partnership with the Blue Island Arts Alliance, join us for a day on the water, with dragon boat racing and lots of local flavor!
