Key Priorities/Opportunities:

• Accessibility to transit for employees was a huge priority in choosing the new location of the roasting facility.
• The river and proximity to it is an aesthetically positive attribute of the new location.
• The face of industry is changing dramatically and a wide array of operations are coming into the industrial corridors along the river.

Big Ideas:

• A space for kayakers and others using the river to approach the complex on the river, where they will be able to come ashore, eat lunch and be on their way.
• Riverfront trail as part of the development of the complex.
